How It Works

  • Choose your custom target audience from the PMMI database by picking from verified segments such as Industry, Job Title, Self-Reported Buying Interest, Existing Plant Operations, and more.
  • We'll confirm the audience size with you and then send your list directly to your preferred verified third-party mailing house.

  • You work directly with the mailing house to monitor fulfillment.

    • Need printing? We have fulfillment vendors who are also available to handle the printing of your piece, if desired.

    • If you don't have a qualified mailing house, we can send your list to our pre-screened mailing house.

Duration

Purchased list may be used up to three times in a 12-month period.

Q: Why should I choose direct mail?

A: Direct mail is now highly targetable and data analytics can help identify where prospects are in the marketing funnel, so messaging can be more relevant. These hyper-focused campaigns can be less expensive than traditional general message efforts. Also, digital printing and variable data capabilities enable personalized messaging with a longer shelf life than email (17 days vs. seconds).

Q: Why does the list have to be sent to a qualified mail house?

A: We do not sell lists at PMMI Media Group, we sell access to our audience through various mediums. Using a qualified mail house means we can protect the privacy and integrity of our audience data while still allowing the advertiser to reach the intended recipients. A qualified mail house provides a secure, neutral environment where the list is used solely for the approved campaign(s), ensuring compliance with our data policies, preventing misuse or unauthorized retention of the information, and maintaining the trust our audience places in us.

  • CSMs craft an audience list based on advertiser's preferred Key Demographics.
  • CSMs send this audience directly to the qualified mailing house.
  • The qualified mailing house will use the list to mail the advertiser's printed material.
  • The purchased lists can be used up to three times in a 12-month period.
