Fulfillment Process

  • CSM sends the advertiser a link to upload their materials in AdBuilder.
  • The advertiser uploads their materials, exports a proof, and approves it once complete.
  • CSM conducts a QC check to ensure the advertiser’s materials were uploaded correctly.
  • Our team uses proprietary software to generate the Second Look based on the specific interests pre-registered attendees selected during show registration.
  • The production team QC’s Second Look to confirm advertiser location pins generated correctly in the books.
  • Second Look is mailed to registered attendees after the show.
