Purely promotional content is not appreciated by our readers and makes it difficult for an editor to engage with the topic.  
  • Provide some context. Why is the market changing and how did this new technology develop? Rather than a focus on your organization and product, what are the benefits to readers—real applications, etc. Are there choices?  Pluses and minuses to these approaches.
  • REMEMBER: Readers know when content is sponsored.  They still place high value on this supplier content as long as it is educational.  

Webinar Terms & Conditions

  • We require a minimum 6-weeks lead time
  • Webinar materials (title, description, speaker info, etc) should be submitted 8-weeks prior to the broadcast date
  • Marketing opportunities are time-senstive and date dependent. To recieve full marketing support, materials must be received no later than 6-weeks prior to the broadcast date.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Webinar programs are non-cancellable. Customer may be eligible for a one-time date change up to 45-days prior to the webinar date. Within 45-days of the webinar date, Customer may rebook and apply 50% of the fee to the future date.

Duration

Webinar lives on our sites with 12 months of on-demand access.

A: They are designed, produced, packaged and promoted as a live event. But we pre-record them for safety's sake. The industry term for this is "simulated live".

Q: How long of content do I need to provide?

A: 45 minutes is all that is needed.

Q: How will you help make sure my webinar looks professional?

A:  With your input, we’ll produce the ideal webinar invitation and create a custom-built registration page exclusive to your event. Editors will review the landing page information and contextualize if necessary before the page is created. We’ll share speaker best practices and rehearse with you to ensure a smooth presentation, and you will provide four questions for the moderator to ask during or after the presentation.
